Your body isn’t broken—let’s figure it out together.

I look at the entire body as an interconnected system.

I use an approach that addresses how your body got to this point and teaches your brain a new way to live in your body.

Repatterining, restoring, regulating you from the ground up.

You don’t have to carry it forever.

Sometimes you didn’t even realize how much you were carrying until the weight on your nervous system is lifted.

Your body deserves a way to release—not just cope.

Learning how to exhale and feel safe allows your body to release emotions, grief, stress it’s been holding onto.

Because the truth is your brain doesn’t know the difference between emotional trauma, physical trauma, or mental trauma.

They are all stored in us.

They can become part of us.

In some cases they become us.

Private 1:1 sessions help you feel safe in your body again.

Many times it includes a shoe fitting to continue to hold a safe position in your posture.

I work with clients in person and online to let go and move forward.

I’m here when you’re ready.

My body felt wrecked wearing my shoe selected from the yearly shoe list.

This is a list of PRI approved footwear meant to be fitted by a professional to help accelerate a treatment plan and support daily life and activity.

I was feeling great, bought new pairs of Brooks Glycerin and was feeling great until…

I did a workout.

I shot hoops for 40 minutes & 20min strength workout- then my hips ached for a week. Yet this is not an abnormal amount of activity for me.

I kept wearing them. But limited my activity to walking. But it continued. Deep glute pain, feeling like hips were giving out.

Not good.

Then I realized what was wrong…

I was wearing THE OLD PAIR of the same style of Brooks 🙈🫠

I’ve been in good shoes for so long that to feel what a bad shoe did to my body on such a short amount of time was eye opening. 😳

It was a bad shoe because I maxed out my mileage and the integrity of the shoe was gone, my pattern worn into it and stability thrashed.

It made me realize how important the right shoe is for me when that support went away the impact felt like an avalanche on my body.

If it’s time for new shoes for you, come see me for a 2 session shoe fitting! 💜👟🤗

💜Session 1- full body assessment and alignment plan, go home with exercises and an action plan, select shoes for you to purchase for next visit.

💜Session 2- re assess body posture, shoe fitting to select your shoe, new exercises, and action plan.

True story. He graduated PT early!

My client had knee surgery and his PT said you don’t need me anymore- whatever you’re doing with Crystal, it’s working keep doing it!

For a client who had endured several injuries, surgeries, rehabs, etc this was HUGE for him! Not his first PT rodeo.

One less appointment in his busy schedule.

Confidence in getting back to all his daily activities.

Reassuring him that all the work he put in with me BEFORE his surgery actually worked!

You don’t have to wait til after surgery to start rehab work.

PREhab work with me helps the brain and body prepare for new positioning in joints, strengthen the muscles that were weak and contributed to the injury occurring in the first place!

Come see me before and after your surgery to help improve your outcomes & impress your PT 😜

Give clients what they want & need 😂

Understanding each clients needs is my strong suit.

Convincing them it’s what they need is about communication.

Being able to adjust, modify, and still create challenge and growth without feeling like every workout can get you closer to your goals makes the task seem more important.

Even though it is not enjoyable to do a 5min assault bike for distance it is a tool to gage your cardiovascular health.

That seemingly impossible Sidelying balloon exercises? That’s for your pelvis AND your nervous system. You’re welcome.

No matter your ability I will meet you where you are and together we will move towards your goals with confidence.

Types of clients I work with 1:1

⚫️men & women
⚫️pain of all types
⚫️posture correction
⚫️pregnancy pain related issues
⚫️preparing pelvis for birth
⚫️Foot ankle knee pain

5 miles for distance anyone?

Doing the hard things is not my favorite thing to do either & showing up at the gym is showing up for yourself in ways you may not enjoy in the moment but you’re super proud of yourself later.

Proud of feeling your body be capable of something your mind (or trainer) told you it was capable of but you didn’t believe it was possible at first.

You can do the hard thing.

Go make yourself proud.

I’m so excited for my Pregnancy & Postpartum Pelvic Balance (PRI-Inspired Class)

Find your balance, breathe with ease, and restore your foundation.

This weekly class is designed for pregnant and postpartum individuals who want to move, feel, and breathe better through every stage of pregnancy and recovery.

Using principles from the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI), this class focuses on restoring balance through the pelvis, ribcage, and diaphragm to support optimal posture, breathing mechanics, and movement patterns.

Looking forward to creating community while supporting our bodies and nervous systems through this journey of motherhood.
