😷 Lymphedema & Phlegm — let’s talk about it

A lot of people don’t realize this, but excessive phlegm, throat clearing, chest heaviness, or that constant “mucus stuck” feeling can be part of living with lymphedema—especially when the lymphatic system isn’t draining well. 🦋

When lymph fluid backs up, it doesn’t just affect arms or legs. It can impact the neck, chest, and airway too. Add inflammation, reduced movement, reflux, medications, or infections—and suddenly phlegm becomes another daily struggle no one warned us about. 🩵
