INFLAMMATION is good, its simply the immune system's tissue protection and repair response. Without inflammation the body can't protect or heal itself.

BUT IT ALSO CAN TURN BAD; when your immune system is compromised (Hypoinflamnation). Or when the reactions don't resolve and become chronic (Hyperinflamnation)

Can't lift your shoulder above your head? Do you have trouble brushing your teeth and hair?

You need you SUB SCAPULA released. Its not pleasant but the results are worth it.

So many clients go to physical therapy to strengthen their shoulder and it didn't help. Its because you need to lengthen your muscle before. "Lengthen before you strengthen." John Gibbons, DO. Also i have heard massage don't work. Its because you need to find one that has the training, knowledge and touch.

I use CBD in my homemade massage oil. Why? Because "cannabinoid receptors are present throughout the body. They are embedded in cell membranes and are believed to be more numerous than any other receptor system.
