I will be posting meals and why they are healthy. This meal is is Swiss chard, shiitake mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and sautéed tempeh over kelp noodles. This is such a quick easy meal to make and it has a complete protein, lots of chlorophyl for your Mitochondria and kelp noodles for iodine.
I felt great after eating this, lots of energy!
