OLD BONES Fitness Studio is not a gym. It is just what it says it is, a studio with me William Molebash. Together we will work on strength,stability and flexibility. If you are a senior and have no ambition toward exercise you need to come see me. If you are a senior with heart stints, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, joint replacements or weight problems then you should come and see me.
