In 2023, I took a leap of faith and bet on myself, trusting that God almighty had a plan in store for me. Little did I know that this journey would lead me to this incredible moment – the announcement of our second PeachBody Studio location #2 !🌟

Although my eyes were initially set on the IE, God’s plans were bigger and guided us to Orange County. 🍊🌴
He leads, I follow !✝️
To all the lovely cities in the area – Orange🍊, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Irvine, Santa Ana, and more – get ready, because we have officially landed in your neighborhood! 💖🥳

We are beyond thrilled to bring you the signature peachy workouts and life-transforming experiences that PeachBody Studio is known for. We are also recognized for our fundamental values and our supportive community of women who aim to uplift one another.

A special congratulations to April's business of the month, Peach Body Studios! 🍑🎉

Since opening a year ago, Rosey Nava and her staff have created a place where women in our City can go not only to reach their physical fitness goals, but a place that empowers them to be their best selves.

Beyond their fitness offerings, Peach Body Studios is also deeply involved in our community, organizing fundraising events where 100% of the proceeds are donated to support breast cancer survivors and veterans, as well as supporting local food pantries.

This journey has been filled with ups and downs, but mostly ups, along with devine and supernatural signs. But today, this Sign is reassuring, and truly stands out.
God works in the most unexpected and beautiful ways. ⛪
After 3 months of approval and waiting, our "physical sign" finally went up on Good Friday✝️🫶🏻.
What an amazing phone call I received this morning to let me know this good news on this Good Friday!
Let's remember the true meaning of this day and anticipate the greatness to come.
This day sets the tone for greatness🤩💫🙏🏼

Please note that our studio will be closed on December 24th and 25th, allowing you to fully engage in the true spirit of Christmas and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. May your festivities be filled with joy, warmth, and cherished moments.

While we will be closed on December 31st to celebrate the coming year, we're thrilled to announce that we will be opening our doors on New Year's Day! I use to be the queen of being afraid of "worst case scenario" that never played out. These past couple of years that fear turned into taking risks that turned out better then I imagined .

When I didn't get what I wanted I usually got what I needed.Not all things are a loss.

I learned to open myself to new possibilities and allowed myself to evolve with new connections.

What if?... I start applying myself, push through my fears, doubt , excuses and let my curious mind lead me? What an excitement that would be.

We can't control every thought that crosses our minds but we can however make an effort to control our mental environment.

Believe you deserve it and nothing else will do, in all things, job, finances, friendships and relationships.
We have to power to accept or reject any thought that crosses through our minds.
It's a mindset control.
Will you take control ?
