Burnout doesn't always look like falling apart. ๐ฎโ๐จ
Sometimes it looks like still doing everything (juggling all the balls, showing up, getting it all done) but feeling completely exhausted and depleted on the inside.
And then trying to fix it by adding more. More wellness rituals. More products. More meditation. More, more, more!
