A time to recognize and celebrate the farmers, ranchers, and farmworkers whose hard work feeds our families, strengthens our local communities, and powers our economy. From field to table, their dedication sustains us every single day and they deserve our gratitude and our support.

: For over 40 years, they’ve been building power alongside farmworkers, diverse workers, and rural low-income communities across Florida - offering programs that uplift youth, support immigrant communities, and strengthen outreach efforts statewide.
Florida 4-H: 4‑H is delivered by Cooperative Extension, which is a community of more than 100 public universities across the nation that provides experiences where young people learn by doing. Specifically, Florida has a chapter through the University of Florida, IFAS Extension & Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University! You can learn more at florida4h.ifas.ufl.edu
Florida FFA: FFA plays a vital role in agricultural education by bringing classroom lessons to life through hands-on learning and real-world competitions. The organization helps students build practical skills and prepare for careers across more than 300 fields, from science and business to natural resources and production, through a well-rounded model of classroom instruction, supervised experiences, and leadership development!
