I went from not being able to sleep through the night, very difficult to perform tasks around the house and being in constant pain. Working with Matt and Penny I am pain free and able to sleep, perform all tasks, ride my bike and just enjoy the day. PT works! -Steve

I had moved some furniture for my 94 year old mother and in the process I strained my lower back. Because of my age, scans determined I had a couple of herniated discs. They were causing pain in the sciatica. After therapy treatments I am stronger and in no pain. It has motivated me to be more proactive with my exercises. Brandi and Penny were very good in helping with my recovery. My mom and my husband had both come to High Desert. They converted me and I am grateful for the great care. -Tammy
