• Myth: Avoid all core work → Fact: Modify! A well-trained core helps reduce back, pelvic, and hip pain.
• Myth: No twisting → Fact: Skip deep/closed twists, but gentle thoracic rotation keeps your spine happy.
Pro tips:
✅ Breathe 360° and exhale on effort
✅ Watch for symptoms (coning/doming, leaking, heaviness, pain) — modify or pause if they show up
✅ Prioritize positions that feel good: side-lying, hands-and-knees, elevated incline
