My crawfish is better then your crawfish. Lol. Had a blast. Even enrolled a junior spice daddy that helped. 3rd place. Judges pulled me aside after and said I would’ve won if I did sides and presentation. Last year they didn’t want it so I didn’t do it. But everyone raved about it. And it’s hard to do presentation for 5lbs of bugs. Lol. But had a great time at McVey’s Seafood 2nd Annual Crawfish Boil-Off. see y’all next year.

Spice Daddy’s Cajun Cuisine is heading to Lake Charles this weekend to compete in the McVey’s Seafood 2nd Annual Crawfish Boil-Off. I’ll be posting updates on how it’s going. And if anyone’s going to be in LC it’s all you can eat for 25.00. And I’ll buy your ayce band if someone drives there. Lol

Big day tomorrow. 6 teams. Over 500lbs of Groomers Seafood crawfish. All money raised goes to charity. Christus Children's Foundation. Guest judges, great drinks and beer from The Reserve on 1863. Food truck for non crawfish eaters. 8.00/lb. Tickets sold at the venue. Maybe some surprises. We may be doing a Cajun spiral sliced ham. Also competing is Kajun Kang, pinch’s tails and some ther great teams. Come get you some tomorrow. Turn in at 330 with public serving after that.

HOWDY! Out here at Big Hops on Potranco! Dropping at 4:15. $8 lb for Crawfish an extra $5 for the works. Works has Tators, sausage and Corn. Serving till we sell out. Got about 100lbs of crawfish.
