Another program down! Alright it was just 5 workouts but still you have to acknowledge the achievements and accomplishments you make no matter how small. is one of the of my favorites and allows me to see results every time I go through it. So I did something this month…I participated in the Taji100. Initially I thought it was 100 miles in the month of Feb, then Ingot the packet and realized it was 100 miles running or walking and it was 300 miles on the bike. After some quick math, I realized this was harder than I anticipated.
Now what did I learn? I can do hard things, I had to ditch my 20 min and 30 min rides on the weekend and go longer. Up to this point my max was 45 mins, but ai learned I can do 1hr long, hour and half and even 2 hour rides. I’m very appreciative of padded seats and shorts.
So today I completed, 1 day early….300 miles in a month. And yes I am rocking the medal and shirt!

You have to track to know where you need to grow and do more. You don’t go on a trip without a route planned out, why is the gym different? Make a plan but listen to your body and adjust as needed. Too light go heavier, too heavy lighted up but write it down so you know for next time.
My tip: laminate your sheet for easy reuse.
