So I started a month ago getting really serious about my health. I had gotten back up to 230 lbs . So one month in. I have been working out 3 times a week. Watching what I eat. 🥗Being mindful. Counting Macros ⚖️now for 2 weeks. And I am proud to say I'm down 13 lbs. Weighing in at 217 now. Hope it continues to go down⬇️
