Grief can be in the form of the loss of a loved one or due to changes and transitions in life. Adapting to those shifts can often be challenging. I hope we can work together to find the healthiest journey for you. Each person's life path is unlike anyone else's. This might be the first step in your unique journey to reach out for support and guidance. I have been in the field for 15 years and practiced solely as a bereavement counselor the last 9 years. Working on grief, loss, and transitions can be difficult and often takes much longer than we would expect. I am here to listen, support, normalize, and gently guide you as you adjust to your new found circumstances. We will work together to find strategies that best fit you. I encourage self care and utilizing holistic strategies to improve overall functioning and decreasing stressors.
