If the enemy can keep you obsessed with your failures and wounds, he can keep you from your calling.

As believers it’s important to remember we are called forward, not dwelling or regrets or mistakes or failures. Yes learn from them! Let them shape your tomorrow, but we mustn’t dwell there!

Many are stuck because they’re spending more time digging through their past than stepping into their calling.
But when you actually look at Scripture, Jesus never once walked anyone back through their trauma, their childhood, or their emotional history. He didn’t need their entire backstory to break the bo***ge. He spoke truth, healed the root, and called them forward. Immediately.

The enemy loves backward-focused living because it keeps you circling the same wounds. Jesus calls you to put your hand to the plow and move.

Satan’s obsessed with the past because he lives with regret and wants you under that roof with him. Validation seems to be a helpful way of moving forward, and we do see acknowledgement of facts in scripture (woman at the well), but Jesus never dwells there.

A little call to action for your Sunday.

The enemy has gained ground in so many minds through trauma and many, many people don’t even know it. Many believers are struggling and warring in their minds, but they have no idea where the struggle originated.

I’ve gone through 3 deliverance ministry trainings with and what I’ve learned has changed everything.

Trauma isn’t fair. It’s not something we chose, it happened TO US! The enemy doesn’t play fair. He is cruel and his only mission is to keep you away from God (love, peace, joy), and he does not care at all how he accomplishes that mission.

Warring in your mind can look like: complaining, bitterness, judging others, fear, worry of that others think, resentment, exhaustion, distraction, addiction to busyness, self pity, comparison, isolation - the list goes on.

I would highly recommend moving heaven and earth to get to a event because I’ve seen some WACKO deliverance ministry that is not biblical - this group is so blessed and does a wonderful job. BUT, I can promise you, it won’t be easy to get there. Every time I’ve gone there have been obstacles after obstacles. Things you wouldn’t even believe could happen, getting the way to keep you from going - literally! A surgery, husband called out of town suddenly for a work problem, childcare complications - you name it. Don’t be distracted, let it happen, recognize what it is, and keep moving forward.

In the mean time, other things you can do are some emotion code sessions to help release trapped traumas (I use .debbie58 - just DM her).

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY- saturate yourself in The Word. Faith comes by HEARING - go to - Bible based church (doesn’t have to be your forever church, just get to a service and look for your long term home), listen to sermons (I love and ), join a Bible study group, listen to worship music.

We will try almost anything to feel better.

A new supplement.
A new practitioner.
A new protocol.
A new diagnosis.
A new fix for an old ache.

But very few of us will pause long enough
to ask the harder question:

“What am I carrying that didn’t start with me?”

Because the truth is—
you can remove toxins,
you can change your home,
you can clean up your routines…

…but if the spiritual and emotional burdens you inherited
stay untouched,
your symptoms will keep resurfacing. Your spirit will keep vying for your attention because your body wants to heal. Your spirit wants peace.

I learned this the painful way.

My fibroid wasn’t just physical.
My crash wasn’t just nutritional.
My symptoms weren’t random.

They were the fruit of
years of overwhelm,
old emotional agreements,
and generational patterns
I never questioned.

You can detox your home,
but until you detox your history,
healing will always feel incomplete.

Ask the Lord:
“What generational pattern is ending with me?”

Your body will thank you
for the spiritual work you’re willing to do.

We were never designed to be healed in fragments.

For years, I kept trying to fix my physical symptoms without ever tending to the emotional load I was carrying or the spiritual depletion underneath it.
And the more I did, the louder my body had to speak.

Maybe you’ve felt that too—
like you’re doing “all the right things” but nothing changes.

The truth is:
You cannot heal a body that’s still carrying a wounded soul.
You cannot heal a soul that’s spiritually drained.

Triune stewardship—body, soul, spirit—is where healing begins.

If you’ve ever felt like the “system” only looks at your symptoms in pieces…
you’re not wrong.

For years I was handed supplements, prescriptions, new diets, more tests—
each one treating a fragment of what I was walking through.

But the deeper I went into my own healing,
the more obvious it became:

We were never meant to be separated.
Not body.
Not soul.
Not spirit.

Holistic spaces often replicate the same pattern as conventional medicine—
different language, same fragmentation.
We treat the body without tending to the emotional root.
We treat the emotional root without tending to the spiritual wound.
We treat the spiritual wound while completely ignoring what we’re putting on our skin, breathing in, or eating every day.

No wonder we stay overwhelmed.
No wonder our bodies stay loud.

What if healing was never meant to be frantic?
What if the Lord designed you to be led into wholeness—not through supplements and strategy first—but through stillness, curiosity, and alignment?

What if your first “protocol” wasn’t a product…
but presence?

Five minutes with the Holy Spirit can shift your entire day.
Five minutes of honest journaling can reveal more than five new supplements ever could.

Physical low-tox living matters.
But mental low-tox living matters just as much.
And spiritual low-tox living matters the most.

This isn’t a trend.
This is triune stewardship.
And when all three parts come back into alignment,
your body finally gets to exhale.

You didn’t choose low-tox living—your body demanded it.

Most women don’t wake up one morning and decide,
“I think I’ll change everything about my home, my food, my mindset, my habits, my entire life.”

No.
It usually starts the same way it started for me:

Your body whispers…
then nudges…
then finally shouts for help.

For me, it was years of bloating, fatigue, inflammation, hair loss, hormone chaos…
followed by the day a doctor told me I had a 13-centimeter fibroid growing inside me.

A mass the size of a grapefruit… formed from years of physical stress, emotional overload, and spiritual misalignment.

Because here’s what I wish someone had told me earlier:

Low-tox living is not just swapping your laundry detergent.
It’s not a perfect diet.
It’s not obsessing over ingredients.

Low-tox living is a three-part alignment:

Your body (outer court).
Your soul (inner chamber).
Your spirit (Holy of Holies).

You can’t have physical peace while carrying emotional toxins.
You can’t heal your hormones while your soul is drowning in overwhelm.
You can’t regulate your nervous system without spiritual alignment.

Your symptoms are not “random.”
Your body is not betraying you.
Your body is SIGNALING you.

This is why I’m starting this series with my story—because before we talk about air purifiers, pantry swaps, or water filtration…

We have to talk about the WHY.

The why is what keeps you going when the upgrades are slow, the budget is tight, or the options feel overwhelming.

The why is what helps you shift from fear to wisdom.
From chaos to clarity.
From survival mode to stewardship.
