We’ve got an easy-peezy High-Fiber PB&J recipe for you!
RECIPE
2 Tablespoons of Psyllium Husk
Mix with 6oz of Juice (we used Cranberry Juice)
*If you want to add a little sweetness, add your favorite zero calorie sweetner (to taste) to the jelly before you mix it.
Let it set for 10 minutes (it becomes jelly!)
Spread your fave peanut butter and your high fiber jelly on Dohjoy bread and it’s ready to eat!
