The holiday season can be stressful for some. It’s okay to set boundaries. No is a complete sentence. If you can’t, don’t want to, or don’t feel comfortable with something..it’s okay to decline. Practice self care! Journaling and making lists of things that you want or need to do allow you to free up space in your mind.
