Do you believe you deserve miracles? You do. It’s ok to increase your capacity to receive.

What do you need to feel safe and at home in your own skin, especially if you’ve recently shed old parts that no longer belong?

When you remind yourself you are safe and always cared for your frequency shifts, you see new possibilities, you take steps to act on them, and you attract even better.

Marching into March like 🦁.

I can’t believe it’s only been two months of the year. 🫠 and yet we persist!

There is a lot being shown to us right now, if we’re willing to see it.

Mercury in retrograde is helping us review and tune into our intuition.
And we have a full moon eclipse tomorrow which will shed more light and open doors - even if we’re not ready.
And I’m not an astrologer but holy cow there’s so much more.

There is a lot of distraction too. And still so much hate, violence, fear, pain, misinformation.

There is also so much bravery, love, healing, and light - and if you really sit in your heart you can see and sense the good that is beginning to amplify.

May these energy notes be an anchor and also ancient mariners compass to support you navigating these times.

We’re in between eclipses and the energy is heightened.

Where can you choose generosity over judgment? (With yourself too)

What would happen if you increased your capacity to receive and trust in the magic of the universe?

♾️ A full cup waters those around it

A maple trusts the seasons of life and the laws of receiving and giving. Just being its beautiful rooted self it shelters many and gives those of us who choose to tap in, sweetness, and it receives so many gifts in return.

Think ritual is pointless and hokey?

I was stuck in avoidance and procrastination the other day and decided to video what happened through ritual.

This is what happened.

Flow, progress, forward movement.

Because my nervous system felt anchored and safe.

Looking back this was a below zero Minnesota winter day mid-pandemic. I had 2 coats on and snowpant overalls I found of my dads after he passed.

Thanks to the right tools I enjoyed the beautiful crisp day.

Energy is no different. And we’re all feeling it right now, whether we admit it or not.

There’s the world and there’s also all the huge shifts coming astrologically.

Here are my favorite, and also inexpensive go to’s:

Herkimer: “It raises your frequency so you’re less likely to pick up what doesn’t belong to you” from Salt | Pine

Flower Essences: especially if you’re extra sensitive to smell, these are my go -to to change my day for the better

A bath with epsom salts and essential oils: release all that is not yours

Visualize a bubble of white light around you

A sage spray (always had one at my desk)

I also heard the US snowboarding team was practicing qigong before going out on the big stage!

This beginning ritual is how I center myself before everything I do (especially client sessions!). It’s simple and takes a few seconds, but always brings me back to my body, ensures I am centered and fully present, and regulates my nervous system.

It reminds me of how my basketball coaches had us prepare for free throws.

And yes my friends always tease about knocking the cards. It clears the old energy out! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤓
