What an incredible gift for our gym family! If you were thinking of a way to gift the Pender's with the upcoming arrival of their baby girl this fall, consider donating to the 4010 charity events. Jeremy Pender , Marissa and family are grateful beyond measure!

Today, Local 4010 had the honor of presenting a Honda Odyssey to the incredible Pender Family — made possible by the amazing support from our inaugural Dawg Fight event! 🥊🔥

Because of your generosity, we donated $10,000 to 50 Legs, helping provide prosthetics to children and adults in need ❤️

The Penders played a key role in making Dawg Fight a success — from organizing resources to coaching in corners and announcing fights. Both Marissa & Jeremy are professional fighters and true community heroes 💪

Their impact reaches far beyond the ring:
✨ Teaching free self-defense classes to women
✨ Volunteering with survivors of human trafficking
✨ Sponsoring education for young women in Kathmandu
✨ Supporting Veterans & First Responders
✨ Helping at local food pantries
✨ Coaching youth at Boys & Girls Club
✨ Running Vision Fitness & MMA full-time

We found one of the best ways to break cycles & to build strong bonds is to do hard things & overcome adversity together.

The BRAVEHEART workout is one of the many ways we SIMULATE ADVERSITY within our gym community. It is a combination of Boxing, Resistance Training and Jiu-Jitsu.
