We are absolutely thrilled and deeply grateful to everyone who came out and made our annual Metzcor / CorMission Golf Outing a massive success!

From the first tee-off to the final putt and dinner, your enthusiasm and generosity were incredible. We especially want to thank:

The Players: Thank you for hitting the green with us! We hope you had a fantastic day, even if your ball found a few water hazards πŸ˜‰. Congrats again to our winning team, Ryan Moeller's Group!

The Volunteers: We literally couldn't do this without you. From putting together baskets, to helping run the event, to playing games on the course - we see you and appreciate you!

The Vendors: Thank you Pebble Creek for helping us to host this awesome event! Also, all of the yummy treats from our coffee shop, Pretzels & Co., and Nothing Bundt Cakes

Our Sponsors: You are the backbone of this event and we appreciate your support of our mission not only today, but all year long!

Because of your participation, we were able to raise over $20,000 to support our efforts to make a more inclusive community for individuals with intellectuals and developmental disabilities! Your support is changing lives and your impact is felt here every single day!

Our hearts are broken as we share the loss of Moeller sophomore Dylan Straughn.

Dylan was a positive and caring student with a genuine compassion for othersβ€”even asking to become a House chaplain a year early so he could pray for and support his classmates.

He played trombone in the Moeller/Mount Notre Dame Band, was involved in Moeller Theatre, loved being on the volleyball court, and had a real passion for history. Whether it was music, sports, or learning, Dylan brought joy and kindness everywhere he went.
As a Marianist community, we find strength in our shared faith and in the family spirit that binds us together. Dylan embodied these Marianist values through his empathy, humor, and his gift for seeing the best in others. He made those around him feel seen, valued, and lovedβ€”a true reflection of what it means to be a Man of Moeller.

Please keep Dylan and his family in your prayers.

May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
