We are a group of friends bringing affordable, holistic self-care education and practice to people of all income levels in the Greater Cincinnati area, especially those populations who usually are not able to pay for these services: low-income families/individuals, college-students, our elders. Our goal is to improve the overall health and happiness of the people of the Greater Cincinnati area. Currently, Cincinnati ranks near the bottom on a number of nationwide health surveys. Our 2020 Vision is to bring Cincinnati to the top of the list in the next 10 years! Our Philosophy
We believe that the age of the gurus (great revered teachers) has passed and we are now invited to look within, to tune into our own Inner Teacher. The spark exists in each and every one of us.
