We’re grateful for the chance to give back to communities. Last week, Ensemble associates joined Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina to grant Elias’ wish for a backyard sensory board, creating a space where he can play and explore safely.

This was just one of more than 50 community events we’ve participated in nationwide this year for our Season of Giving. Every event reminds us how much impact we can make when we come together.

Leadership in action! Our COO, Shannon White, joined associates in Fort Smith, Arkansas for a Turkey Drive supporting local families. Together, we distributed 500 turkeys and created a festive experience for all.

Events like this reflect what matters most at Ensemble: people, first, last and always. Thank you to every associate who helped make this day special for the Fort Smith community.

This weekend, 45 volunteers from Ensemble and Carilion Clinic partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to build 20 beds for children who need a safe place to sleep. Over two days, volunteers cut and prepped lumber, sanded, varnished and branded each modular bed — creating comfort and stability for families in the community.

At Ensemble, we value giving back and providing opportunities for associates to make a difference in their communities.

Special thanks to Carilion’s CFO Don Halliwill and Patricia Munchel, our chief people officer, for lending their hands as well.

As we kick off Ensemble’s Season of Giving, our team came together with Sleep in Heavenly Peace Cincinnati Chapter to build 40 beds for children in need.

Our Build Day was a tangible expression of Ensemble’s commitment to caring for the communities where we live and serve and where our mission came to life: showing up with purpose, creating healthier futures and making meaningful impact.
