Mission: is to bring women together of all different backgrounds to discuss women’s issues, career advice, sisterhood, hosting socially engaging events, mentorship, all while having fun! Women Empowering Women Social is a new sub-organization under the non-profit organization Count Your Blessings Foundation Corporation which is a 5013c Non-Profit. Girl Talk is the first program being launched under Women Empowering Women Social. The purpose of Girl Talk is to bring all women together for a seasonal mixer to socialize, bond, and for more seasoned women to give Millennial Women advice rather it’s for personal development, business, women issues, motherhood, womanhood, personal experience advice and etc. Each season the topic focus will change.

My name is Renika J. Smiley, I am the Founder of Empower GENNOW Network. I would like to invite you to apply for the ADVANCE. ADVANCE is a 12-week intensive professional development training program offered to African American women in Metro Cincinnati. The program consists of a mix of training in soft skills, leadership development, financial literacy, and life skills. This program also includes a mentorship event, job fair, and speaker series.
