The Carolyn Scheve Endowed Scholarship is a $2000 scholarship awarded each fall to a PA or PT student, with the 2025 winner being Riley Broughton, a first year PA student. Riley’s application showcased her strong commitment to humanism in medicine. Congratulations, Riley!

We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude and recognize our esteemed colleague and Medical Director, Dr. Creighton Wright, who has announced his retirement from his role.

Since the PA program's inception at Mount St. Joseph University, Dr. Wright has been an integral part of its development and the success of the program. He has served as a dedicated mentor, educator, and advocate for our students, faculty, and staff, and his impact on the department is immeasurable.

While we will deeply miss his wisdom, dedication, and generosity, we wish him all the best as he begins this new chapter. We know he will enjoy his well-deserved retirement in Florida, spending time with his wife, children, and many grandchildren.
