Got sinus infections and such? Have no fear; steam inhalation is here. I use a mason jar filled with hot water, a couple drops each of peppermint and eucalyptus essential oil, then I add my favorite antiviral herbs: olive leaf, astragalus, and rosemary. After a gentle shake, I inhale all of the amazing properties of nature. The moisture from steam will go directly to the respiratory tract to moisten dry nasal passages, loosen mucous, and reduce inflammation in the sinus airways, throat, and lungs. Amazing isn’t it! 🌿

Friends 🌸💐🌻We’ll be closed this Friday to celebrate something really special! My daughter Gabby is graduating from Law School at Northern Kentucky University! She has worked very hard and it’s a proud and joyful moment for our entire family.

We’ll be back open Saturday and ready to serve you with big smiles (and probably a few happy tears still in our eyes).
