Our amazing Legacy residents rolled up their sleeves and got busy planning the perfect Family Night dinner — and what a night it was! 🍽️✨

Families gathered to enjoy a festive evening filled with mouthwatering food, toe-tapping country music, and priceless memories. From a fully loaded hot dog bar, to patriotic red, white & blue pasta, and sweet cupcakes for dessert — every bite was made with love. ❤️🤍💙

Though the weather brought us indoors, it couldn’t stop the smiles, laughter, and love shared all around. 🎉👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🎶

Through The Glen’s “Live a Dream” Program, we had the absolute joy of making a lifelong wish come true for our lovely resident, Rosemary — who always dreamed of riding a train.

With her daughter by her side and our IL Concierge along for the ride, Rosemary boarded a magical dinner train experience filled with laughter, memories, and breathtaking views. From the rhythmic click-clack of the tracks to a delicious meal shared with loved ones, it was a night to remember. ❤️

JULY OGO ALERT!!

Talena is a walking billboard for The Glen. She is our most excellent form of advertising and is always quick to tell visitors about how wonderful we are. Most recently, she demonstrated her exceptional caregiving skills during our first JCAHO survey. It was a high-pressure situation, and Talena truly impressed those surveyors.

It’s difficult to find someone who loves her residents more than Talena. She is a true resident advocate and consistently considers new and innovative ways to improve their care. Talena is fueled by her passion to be the absolute best and a big gallon-sized jug of sweet tea. She is never allowed to leave and will work here until she needs a room of her own. Thank you so much for all that you do! , ,

We do a lot of fun things here at The Glen! Yesterday, June 25th, 2025, we held our 4th Annual Car Show! We would like to take a moment to extend a huge thank you to our friends and families who brought their cars to Papa Bear's food truck for joining us, and to all the businesses for their generous donations. We enjoy being able to make things like this happen for our residents! We are already looking forward to planning next year's event!
