Ecstatic dance is a freeform movement journey that helps people reconnect with themselves through music and embodiment.

At Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow , we create a space where you can move however your body wants to. No choreography. No judgment. No alcohol. Just music, movement, community, and expression. Some people dance hard, some simply stretch, some meditate, some laugh, and some cry. There is no right or wrong way to be in the space. 🙏🏽

May is approaching! Check out our Cincy Flow schedule 🩵

We will host our resident DJs AiVy (Violet Fae Lyra) and DJ Lotus 🪷! DJ Lionaura will be recording a set for May 1st but she will be performing live on May 29th! Remember May 1st is also free (donations appreciated) and open to all ages with a potluck! 🍇

Cacao and light snakes will be offered complimentary at all dances and Sacred Serenity Healer and Chris Rust will have sacred herbalism products for sale 🛍️

May 22nd there won't be a dance but don't worry, it works out that there are 5 weeks in May! 😜

We invite you to Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow this Friday, April 24th!

We’re bringing in artists all the way from Nashville; DJ Amalga and vocalist Fiona Maura who will be joined by local drummer Jason Ruiz for a live, immersive sound journey.🪘

What is Ecstatic Dance?
A space to move freely with no choreography, no substances, no judgment, no talking, no phones, and no photos or videos. Just music, full expression, sweat, laughter, presence, release, and real connection with yourself and others.

Here’s how the night flows:
We begin at 8:05 with an opening circle to land and go over guidelines. Then we drop into an 80 minute music journey, followed by a 10 minute sound bath and a closing circle to connect and share.

Your admission includes ceremonial cacao and light snacks. ☕️

Sacred Serenity Healer will also be selling herbalism products throughout the night. 🪷

April is almost here! Check out what we’ve got lined up for Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow ⬇️✨☀️

AiVy (Violet Fae Lyra) and DJ Lotus 🪷 are back to bring the magic, and DJ Amalga is traveling all the way from Nashville to perform live for us with his vocalist Fiona Maura!

Remember that first Fridays are free, open to all ages, and full of fun with a potluck and a raffle for a free Cincy Flow shirt.

Sacred Serenity Healer will also be there every week with a whole spread of healing goodies to explore.
