Welcome to the Bridges to Wellness team, Dianne! Dianne has just finished her HUB training and onboarding and is beginning to serve participants in Tuscarawas County through the Tuscarawas County Senior Center!!

Dianne states:

"Hello, my name is Dianne Holt, and I am a new Community Health Worker at the Tuscarawas County Senior Center. Prior to becoming a CHW, I spent three years as the Lead Teacher in the Infant/Toddler room at a daycare where I developed an appreciation for nurturing growth, building trust, and supporting families. This experience taught me the power of patience, empathy, and connection. Family means everything to me, and I truly believe it takes a village to help one other grow and thrive. In my new role, I hope to bring that same sense of community to the families I serve, helping them to see that there is always hope and support available."

We are excited to see Dianne and all of her compassion for others, make a difference in our Tuscarawas County community!!πŸ’œ

Welcome to the Bridges to Wellness team, Kelly! Kelly has finished her HUB training and onboarding and is beginning to serve participants in Tuscarawas County!!

Kelly is a dedicated social work student with a deep passion for helping others and making a positive difference in her community. As a proud mom of one and a stepmom to three, she brings compassion, empathy, and understanding to everything she does. Kelly's life is filled with love (and a bit of fur) thanks to her cat and chihuahua, and she enjoys spending her free time hiking, practicing yoga, exploring her creativity through art and photography, and tending to her garden. She looks forward to continuing her journey in service to others and fostering meaningful connections within her community.

The Bridges to Wellness team warmly welcomes Kelly and all of her kindness and positivity to our participants in Tuscarawas County.πŸ”…πŸ’™

Welcome to the Bridges to Wellness team, Aubri! Aubri has just finished her HUB training and onboarding and will begin to serve participants in Guernsey County through the East Central Ohio ESC very soon!!

Aubri states:

"Hi, my name is Aubri Stewart. If you meet me I am 6ft 1in. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer from the Belmont County Sheriff's Office. I spent 14 years of active duty until a car accident ended my career. During my recovery a family member who worked in the school systems asked me to be a substitute teacher for the Jefferson County JVS. I spent 4 years with the JVS and transferred to the Harrison Career Center as an In School Suspension Monitor. I stayed with the Jefferson County JVS in the evenings as the Adult Education Coordinator and still presently in that position until Nov. I am also an instructor in the Youngstown State Police academy held at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
I have been married to my husband Ryan who is the son of one of my partners at the sheriff's office and is also a Deputy Sheriff. (Yes I make fun of my father-in-law for this). We have four cats: 3 kittens Espresso, Brew, Beans and my old lady Peanut who is 19.
My husband and I love the outdoors, we hunt and fish together and our faith in God is very important to us. I also love to paint. I have been painting since I was a child. Landscapes and characters are my favorite thing to paint.
I will tell you that my friends tease me because since I was a child I have loved Walt Disney and I have a Disney room in my home. It's Ok I know I'm weird. I also have a great sense of humor. I look forward to meeting you. God Bless!"

We are excited to have her join our Bridges to Wellness team and look forward to her serving participants and seeing the impact she will make!!

Our families in Tuscarawas County were prepared again this year for back-to-school thanks to the incredible generosity of Ruth and Dan Long from Republic State Mortgage Co.!

We are beyond grateful for their continued support of our organization. This year, they kindly donated over 100+ backpacks filled with classroom-specific supplies, ensuring that our families felt confident, prepared, and ready for the new school year.

Ruth and Dan, you are truly amazing β€” thank you for making such a meaningful difference in our community! ❀️

Thank you to Paula Lancaster for helping organize each year, we are incredibly thankful.
