ButterFresh Parchment is a wax-free, PFAS non-intent printed butter wrap designed for compostability without compromising performance and runability during the packing step. This parchment protects butter, margarine, and other oil-based solid products with superior grease resistance and excellent dead-fold properties, locking in freshness and reducing air exposure. As part of our 10-year anniversary, we’re recognizing team members who have been with ProAmpac for a decade or more. Today, we celebrate Harry Richardson, Plant Manager, whose career has been defined by gratitude, growth, and a steadfast commitment to ProAmpac’s core values.

Reflecting on his journey, Harry shared:
“What began as an opportunity has evolved into a place where I’ve built lasting relationships, faced meaningful challenges, and found purpose in the work we do every day.”

One of Harry’s proudest milestones came in 2020 when he received the CEO Core Values Award:

As part of our 10-year anniversary, we’re spotlighting team members who have been with ProAmpac for a decade or more. Today, we celebrate Mike Argenio, Production Manager at our Walden facility, whose career has been shaped by collaboration, dedication, and a focus on safety.

When asked what has kept him here for over 10 years, Mike shared:
“I enjoy working with the people in Walden and the challenges that this job gives me.”

One of the accomplishments he’s most proud of is the Walden team’s safety success:
“The Walden plant changing its safety culture to go 365 days without a lost time accident is a big accomplishment for everyone here.”

Mike has also seen ProAmpac evolve with every new company joining the family:
“I’m always amazed by the new product offerings that come up to enable ProAmpac to lead in the market.”

Gavin is especially proud of the positive impact he’s made on office culture by organizing events, celebrations, and activities that have fostered connections and friendships across the company.

He’s also helped guide teams through change, leading the London Graphic Design department as it transitioned into Print & Manufacturing—a period that included ProAmpac being named FPA ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ in 2017.
