Join Us for Cincinnati Museum Center’s Black Empowerment Day!

Saturday, January 17, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

📍 Cincinnati Museum Center’s Newsreel Theater

The Transformational Healing Place is honored to return as a partner for this powerful annual celebration of Black excellence, empowerment, and community healing.

This year, we’ll be leading two Meditation + Somatic Stretch Activations designed to ground your spirit, soften your body, and expand your capacity for joy and rest.

Session Times:

• 10:00 a.m.

• 12:30 p.m.

These sessions are gentle, accessible, and perfect for all ages. Bring your family, bring your friends, or simply bring yourself. Come breathe, stretch, release, and reconnect with a community committed to thriving.

We are grateful to partner with the Cincinnati Museum Center to offer this healing experience to the city we love.

SAVE THE DATE 🎉

As part of Cincinnati’s 6th Annual National Day of Racial Healing, The Transformational Healing Place (THP) is honored to serve as a community healing partner in this citywide day of reflection, connection, and collective care.

On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, THP will host a Day of Healing Activation at our space—creating room to pause, breathe, and return to the body through guided meditation and gentle somatic movement (stretching and nervous-system grounding).
