This Friday, February 13th, join us at the Cincinnati Yoga School for an ecstatic dance for ages 16+ with DJ Lionaura! 🦁🔥🧡

With the theme of Union, we will prelude the dance with a 10-minute contact improv lesson.

Then, the dance floor will open with music centered on the heart space. Allowing you to release any negative, hateful emotions and move more towards love. With everything going on, the world needs more love ❤️‍🩹

Then, we will end with a 10-minute heart-healing sound bath by Violet Fae Lyra 🧘‍♀️✨

Gossip; Because of words that I am hearing about others I am reminding you to never speak of others unless you were personally there and observed what really happened.

Respect; all of nature, as well as the Elders and children. They are your past and future.

Thank you so deeply to everyone who came out to our first Sacred Serenity Sound Bath 🙏🏼💗🥹🦋✨🥰

I’m still trying to find the words…

We are so blown away by the overwhelming support and shared community experience. So many seemed to be very moved and we felt such beautiful gratitude being shown back to us for all our efforts to make this sound bath an extension of our passionate heart and souls.

We are still pinching ourselves and sharing glances of “oh my goodness is this real life?!” YES! This IS real life!

We get to do such beautiful things and put our everything into it and share it with so many amazing people…

We can’t wait for the next time! I am waiting to hear back from the yoga studio owner, as he is away studying in Bali!!! I will get future dates announced as soon as I am able!!
