The world feels like it’s getting louder and louder, pulling us into distraction. disillusionment , fear. Screaming for us to listen, to play along , to get lost in it.

Turn the sound off.

Get still.

We are controlled through distraction. We are free in stillness!

It’s not the outer world that frees us. It’s the stillness in our inner world.
