🤝 Strengthening Our VA Partnerships in Medford 🇺🇸

Last week, our Director of VA Services, Margaret, had a great visit with our Medford branch focused on VA outreach and training.

It was a valuable opportunity to connect in person with Branch Manager Liz Gherna and Client Care Supervisor Jesse Buxton, collaborating on ways to continue elevating the support we provide to local Veterans and their families.

Through ongoing education, relationship-building, and a shared commitment to excellence, we’re ensuring our teams are equipped to serve those who have served our country with the respect, compassion, and professionalism they deserve.

✨ Rendezvous on the Red Carpet at Pendleton McKay Creek Estates! ✨

Our RBDM Mary recently hosted a fabulous community event, and it was a joy to see everyone come together. Guests had a wonderful time creating beautiful flower arrangements, adding a personal and creative touch to the celebration. One of our clients even joined in the fun alongside her grandson and caregiver, making the day extra special. From laughter to shared memories, it was a wonderful reminder of the connections and joy that make our community so vibrant. 🌟 Caregiver Medical Assessment Saved a Life 🏆

During a routine shift, Jessica Phelps noticed something wasn’t right. Her client was stumbling, disoriented, and showing concerning symptoms and Jessica didn’t hesitate.

She quickly assessed vital signs, contacted the office, and called 911. Thanks to her vigilance and decisive action, the client received life-sustaining treatment, was stabilized in the ICU, and was able to return home safely to his wife.

Because of Jessica’s attentiveness and training, caregiver medical assessment saved a life and we are proud to honor her with the Lifesaver Award. 💙
