Who am I and why should you follow my page?

Since I was a young child(3ish), I have been a sensitive person. I feel the physical and emotional pain of others.

I grew up in church but in my early 20s, things I learned and believed my whole life stopped making sense.

Things I had seen and felt my whole life started growing in intensity. And I went on a learning journey to figure out how to handle it all.

My journey opened my eyes to the energy work I have been doing my whole life with the sick and hurt people in my life.

I'm told all the time that I have a soothing presence and touch. People have been known to hunt me down at events for a "Sharon Hug".

I studied and became a Massage Therapist, Usui & Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Practitioner, Advanced Crystal Master, Certified Light Leader Coach®️, Firewalk Facilitator, and Empowerment Couch.

I am currently studying Shamanism, Irish Spirituality, and Ocean Therapy.

So, why should you follow me?

The crazy energies of the last few months have caused a lot of us to have our energetic frequencies elevated and things have started looking, feeling, and sounding different.

I remember what it's like
