It’s been a little while since I’ve shared here, but not because I’ve forgotten about this space, but just because life as a mom and doula has been so beautifully full. ✨
This year has been packed with births, and I’ve found myself so immersed in supporting families that I haven’t slowed down to post. But the truth is, that’s where my heart has been; In the birth room, walking with moms through some of the most sacred and transformative hours of their lives.
Being a doula is more than showing up on birth day. It’s holding space during pregnancy when anxieties creep in, helping families prepare and navigate choices in the hospital, offering hands on comfort and reassurance when things feel overwhelming, and capturing the little moments that might otherwise be forgotten. It’s reminding moms of their strength, and making sure they never feel alone in the process.
I absolutely love what I do, and I am endlessly grateful for the families who invite me into such an intimate season. Every birth teaches me something new, and every family reminds me why this work matters so deeply.
Because of all this goodness, I am fully booked for the remainder of 2025. 💕 However, if you’re expecting in 2026, it’s not too early to consider adding a doula to your support team. Having a doula means having someone in your corner from the very start, someone who knows birth, knows the system, and is there to make sure you feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
Thank you, truly, to every family who has entrusted me with your story. I carry each of you in my heart. 💜
