No fancy equipment needed — just a tennis ball and a few minutes a day. 🟢 By targeting your **piriformis muscle**, you can ease sciatic nerve pressure, release tension, and move freely.

That sharp, shooting pain down your leg? Often, it’s caused by the **piriformis muscle pressing on the sciatic nerve**. The fix can be surprisingly simple:

✅ **Step 1 – SMR (Self-Myofascial Release):** Sit or lie on a tennis ball, rolling gently over the piriformis to release tight spots.
