I'm not affiliated with this guy, but you can scan the bar code of just about any food and it'll come up green Bobby approved or red Bobby not approved. You can swipe down and see what is good or bad about it and the choice is yours if still want it. If your house is Bobby Approved, your on the right track. Weight loss, Diet, Type 2 Diabetes & Hypoglycemia.

I lost 19 lbs on my program (not intentionally) and was 156lbs. Couldn't believe when I stepped on the scale. I usually know about where I'm at without a scale. I'm currently about 160. Just providing my body what it requires.
