Hello! I am a therapist in Clarkston, MI that offers individual and group therapy. I have spots left in both the teen & elementary-aged groups, and am creating a list for interest in the middle school group. Dates and times are listed with each group below, and all will be in-person at the Bright Pine Behavioral Health Clarkston location off of Dixie Highway. Hello, my name is Kaitlyn Smith and I am a therapist in the Clarkston, MI area. I specialize in working with children and young adults, with experience working with anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, trauma, behavioral difficulties, and more! I have current availability for the school year during the week, with times from 1 PM- 3 PM, and limited Saturday telehealth appointments. I can accept BCBS, BCN, and ASR for insurance, or private pay with sliding scale. I often utilize with clients play therapy, CBT, and mindfulness, but have an eclectic approach based on age and needs.

I also have groups starting next week for teens with anxiety/depression split by grade level and a Lego group for ages 7-10 focused on social skills. They will be weekly in-person for 6 weeks, with each session being $40. If interested, please fill out a form on the link below:

Hi everyone! I have a few groups that will be starting next month. Two are focused on anxiety and depression for teens and are split by grade level, and the other is a Lego group for older elementary kids focused on social skills.
