As of Friday, March 20, 2020, the State of Michigan has asked us to close our office to the public in order to our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19. We are monitoring our phone and emails and are doing our best to meet the needs of our clients through a telehealth platform.
If you have questions or concerns, email is currently the most direct way to get in touch with us while we are shifting all of our communication to electronic methods.
[email protected]
Please know that the health of our clients and therapists are top of mind and we are doing our best to be present in a time when we cannot be present. The page includes health safety information re: COVID-19, resources for community care, advocacy organizations and service providers, and workforce resources. Due to the emergence of COVID-19 and recent state changes, Triad Counseling Centers will be implementing changes in staffing and hours of front-office operation. If you have any questions or are interested in switching to Telehealth services, please contact our office at 248-626-2970 or [email protected]. If we are unable to answer your questions or concerns immediately, please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and presenting concerns. We apologize for any inconveniences, and thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. Our Team wishes good health and positivity for you and your families.
Triad Counseling is working hard to keep everyone safe and healthy through the current outbreak of COVID-19. Here are a few things that you can do to help keep our office healthy when coming in for appointments.
Please limit your time in the lobby by coming as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible. Additionally, please limit bringing guests with you to the office whenever possible.
Please wash or/and sanitize your hands before and after your appointment in the restrooms located in the vestibule outside of our office.
We would like to collect as many copays over the phone as possible, please consider keeping a credit card on file for your office copays or handle your credit card in the machine when paying in-person.
We are trying to keep the window closed between the lobby and the main office - please don't be offended if we talk to you through the glass!
