Hello everyone! It's been awhile, but no fear...I have been losing more weight and sticking on track!! The scale number keeps getting smaller, and I achieved a huge milestone for me....I fit comfortably into jeans with a button and zipper now! I haven't had a pair of jeans with a button since before Sansa was born over 5 years ago! Loving my progress!! When we moved back down here from Spokane, I was unbelievably up to 458 pounds. 126 pounds down....124 more to go!!!

This number dropping makes all the work soooo worth it! My 11 pounds loss is since 9/2. This morning I put on one of my Seahawks jerseys for the game, and I just about jumped for joy...it fits...it actually fits!! Last time I wore it, I had to pull it down hard over my hips...seams were stretched...and I could not sit with it over my hips. Today, it fell over my hips! As I'm writing this, I'm sitting with the jersey on....over and around my hips...and not one seam stretched!!!

Been awhile..again.. but only on posting! I am down 10 more pounds since my last post, and I started up a challenge - lose 150 pounds in 18 months, and win $10,000! Hitting the gym today after I drop Sansa off at school. 10 grand here I come!

I definitely had my best workout last Thursday when we went to the Mariners game and Seahawks game the same day. I went up 878 steps (counted as I went along during the day) and definitely wore myself and my daughter out lol.

Headed to Seattle tomorrow with my daughter for 5 days, so I figured I would get in a second workout today before we leave. Just did the 30 min area at Planet Fitness after dinner. We went out to Applebee's for dinner, and I stuck to the grilled chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. 550 calories, and I ordered a water and put a water flavor packet in it instead of soda.

Definitely getting fitter!! Same workout... longer time... less calories burned.
