Drink water to help level out hormones!! Water is so imperative to everything that runs in your body. Don't be chronically dehydrated like me and feel crappy all the time! It may be as simple as drinking more water.

Flax seed gel for your hair!
1/2 cup whole flax seeds
2 cups water
Boil until gooey (approximately 15 minutes)
Strain and let cool before adding any essential oils.
