1. Don't skip meals

2. Drink water with every meal and snack

3. Bring a dish that meets your health goals

4. Swap out unhealthy ingredients for healthy -

Example: low fat sour cream instead of full fat

5. Stay consistent with your workout schedule.

Don't have your gym? Drop in or bring a weighted vest to walk in.

๐Ÿฅžโ–ช๏ธ1 cup egg whitesโ–ช๏ธ3/4 cup pumpkin pureeโ–ช๏ธ1 scoop Ascent vanilla protein powderโ–ช๏ธ2 tbsp milled flaxโ–ช๏ธ2 tbsp organic honeyโ–ช๏ธ1/8 tsp gingerโ–ช๏ธ1/4 tsp nutmegโ–ช๏ธ2/3 tsp cinnamonโ–ช๏ธ1/2 tsp pumpkin spiceโ–ช๏ธ1/4 tsp baking soda๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌโ–ช๏ธMix pumpkin and egg whites very well, then add in the honeyโ–ช๏ธMix all dry ingredients together (ie: protein powder and spices)โ–ช๏ธHeat pan to low-medium heat and coat with coconut oil (spray)โ–ช๏ธPour batter to make 4-5 inch round pancakeโ–ช๏ธOnce there are bubbles, flip and cook the other sideโ–ช๏ธPancakes are done when golden brown
