Hello World. Just a quick update. Boxing. My new favorite form of cardio. Hitting that bag is very therapeutic. Because of my schedule I can only do it once or twice a week but boy do I look forward to it! Because of my job of a trainer/instructor, I haven't had to "join" a gym in a really long time. I actually joined, pay for a full membership and go to classes. I love it. I hope everyone is doing well. Live well, love hard and laugh often.
