Many will love your light, but very few will realize the darkness you walked through to create it.

Most think surviving the dark is about building strength, but true light comes from being fully embodied, heart-led, and emotionally fluid.

Anyone can look shiny on the surface, but the women I’m speaking about hold a different light, one with a higher energy, frequency, and vibration, born from shadows, heartbreak, and deep self-reclamation.

Their backbone bends without breaking. Their heart remains open. And every part of them radiates wisdom, fearlessness, and freedom.

This is the light others are drawn to, not the shine, but the depth. Not the performance, but the embodiment. Not the image, but the sovereignty that can only be forged through walking consciously through darkness and returning whole.

And anything that pulls us into separation like judging, chastising, or turning against a sister moves us out of remembrance. It breaks coherence and disconnects us from the field we are here to embody.

Within this remembrance lives an ancient feminine thread, often symbolized through the Magdalene archetype, she who remembers, who descends, who rises, and who carries embodied truth.

We will recognize what has changed since October of last year. This isn't a harsh one. We will just more visibly see what is no longer a part of us and that's a beautiful thing. We're continually transforming and no longer looking at closed doors.

We’re living in a time of complex healing, especially when it comes to the Mother line. Collectively, we’re facing the intergenerational trauma that colonialism and patriarchy have imprinted on us. So many born to mothers who were not mothered themselves. It’s time to mend the chain.

So many of our ancestral lines have experienced brutal persecution and separation from the sacred feminine. We’ve been starved of the Great Mother’s unwavering embrace and instead told to look only to a male God in the sky. So many were not taught to see the sacred in all things and the feminine in all Her stages as sacred, powerful, and holy. This way of living has gone on for too long and we’re all being called to heal it on behalf of our ancestors (past and emerging).

Healing is possible. It may not be straightforward or easy, but it’s possible. It can be felt forward and back – your ancestors past and future are singing with you. It’s time to release our mothers all the way back for what they may not have been able to give. To find a way to cultivate the loving Mother within. To treat ourselves with the same deep reverence, adoration, understanding, and compassion that we longed for all along. You can be that for yourself today. You can meet yourself where others could not. And as you do, future ancestors will bless you for finding the courage to release and heal deep.

It may look easy from the outside… but it hasn’t been.

There have been moments I’ve had to walk straight into the darkness, no map, no certainty, just faith. I’ve had to go deep… deeper than I ever expected.

Facing parts of myself, my life, and my path that weren’t comfortable, weren’t clear, and definitely weren’t easy.

There were times I lived in survival mode holding it together while everything around me (and within me) was shifting. Not knowing how it would unfold, just knowing I had to keep going.

Again and again, I’ve been asked to trust.
To surrender.

To release control… even when it felt impossible.
And I’m still learning. Still softening. Still rising.

So if it looks effortless, just know, it’s been earned through courage, through shadow, through surrender.

Since 2018, Uranus in Ta**us has been shaking everything up. It disrupted your sense of stability, your plans, and even who you thought you were. Just when things felt settled, something changed. This wasn’t easy growth—it was forced transformation.

And here’s the truth: it was intentional.
This energy was breaking down anything built on false security so you could rebuild something real.
