I have always had a strong and unique passion for helping others self-discover the light/answers within and empower individuals who are seeking to reach the next level of growth both personally and professionally.
After 15 years serving the corporate world through servitude leadership and developmental coaching, I was able to help countless individuals achieve next levels in their lives. Then my health took a turn and needed immediate attention. As being a believer in the law of attraction, another well practiced energy theory, I recognized that I needed to heal myself from the inside out. Through a more holistic and spiritual approach, I was able to discontinue the use of prescribed medications and get on the road to self healing and self discovery. I also knew that I needed to share the gifts I carried with others and thereby fulfilling my life purpose.
My path to healing held many challenges including removing layer upon layer of past hurt, pain, resentment, anger and unresolved emotions that contributed to my physical pain. At times it is easier to ignore oneself and focus on other things; however, it was only when I committed to working on self love and taking time to understand and let go of past conflicts that I was able to experience true freedom.
Career wise, having empathic abilities (something which took me years to understand I possessed) worked against me as much as it worked for me. As I rose in the ranks of retail banking, I could not relate with executive leadership because of who I was. While I learned a great deal from a few good mentor coaches, my empathic abilities could not connect with the aura of executive leadership. I often asked myself “am I not good enough?” “why can’t I be completely removed and rigid in my leadership”. I was clearly cut from a different cloth which embodied my brand and strength.
Conversely, I led many groups and succeeded with them by the way I could energetically connect with the heart energy I possessed. Being empathetic, positive, connecting teams, empowering individuality and being strategic were my unique gifts. I personally helped over 50 employees who I have left my mark on and still are in touch with. That was the most gratifying experience and guided me on my new path to encourage, guide, coach and energetically help in the healing of others.
My path to self healing integrated guided meditations, journaling, self reiki treatments, massage/physical therapy, essential oils, yoga and empowering myself daily to embark on a holistic path. Combined with my psychology background and life coach certification, I became a reiki practitioner and etheric angel light master. In addition, I have completed in leadership classes such as Coaching in the Moment, Crucial Conversations, Strength based leadership and Extraordinary Leader. I have become very passionate about metaphysical philosophies and the connection to the cause of illness and healing. I have lead and spoken to groups ranging from 10 to 300, including women empowerment groups.
Personally, after overcoming an emotional first marriage and raising a son for 12 years as a single mom I was able to take what some may consider a difficult situation and embrace it for what it truly was: a beautiful gift in identifying my internal strength. I always felt voices speak to me although I shunned a lot of the messages early on. I knew I wanted to attract a life partner that was soulfully connected and brought complementary gifts after I completely worked on myself. The universe led me to my husband who I met 6 years ago. He envisioned my purpose before I even saw it. For years he would talk about “Elaine’s holistic healing center” and now I am proud to announce who I truly am.
