❄️ Weather Update ❄️
Due to icy road conditions, Align Family Chiropractic will be CLOSED Monday, January 26th.
We’re all for alignment, just not the kind that involves guardrails or ditches.
Since you’ll likely be home, here are several simple things that actually help your body and work on the FLOOR OF YOUR HEALTH:
👟 10–15 minutes of gentle movement several times throughout the day.
Think light stretching, walking around the house, or a short mobility video. Nothing fancy, just don’t stay still all day.
💧 ➡️ ☕️ Drink water before coffee, and wait 69-90 minutes before your first cup of joe.
One full glass when you wake up goes a long way for joints, muscles, and energy.
📖 Read a book (even 10 pages)
Great for your brain, stress levels, and sleep—much better than endless scrolling.
🫁 Breathe through your nose for 5 minutes
Slow nasal breathing helps calm your nervous system and reduces tension, especially helpful during weather stress.
😴 Go to bed 30 minutes earlier.
Sleep is where healing actually happens. This one’s underrated and powerful.
