The wait is finally over!
We are excited to announce that we will be opening
Whole Health Pharmacy Cle Elum on April 20, 2026!
We are excited to bring an independent community pharmacy and additional pharmacy services to the upper Kittitas County communities. We offer a myriad of services above and beyond your average medication dispensing, such as immunizations, immunization reviews, medication synchronization, specialty packaging, long term care at home services, professional nutraceuticals/supplements and consultations, Medicare plan reviews, unused medication disposal, and much more. We place emphasis on customer service and ease of access to pharmacy care. We have convenient drive-through service, customer-reserved parking spots in our parking lot close to our front door, we offer free medication home delivery within 7 miles of our pharmacy, and you can always reach us by phone at 509-674-6800. Our hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, and on call emergency pharmacist available by phone 24hrs/7day a week.
We want to thank everyone in the community for all the support up to this point while we have worked through the rigors of opening a new healthcare entity. We want to extend a special thank you to the administration and providers of Kittitas Valley Healthcare for the support and encouragement.
We do ask for your patience as we will be opening without the insurance contracts for CVS Caremark and Washington State Medicaid. We have been working with these companies since late last year to finalize these contracts but when working with these large companies everything happens on their timelines unfortunately. We will have these contracts soon but until then, for patients with these insurances we will process and fill your prescriptions at our Ellensburg location on the day you request them and we will bring them up to the Cle Elum location the next day for pick up. So, until we get the contracts finalized for these insurances there will be a 24-48 hour lag in processing your prescriptions, so please think ahead and give us notice of your needed prescriptions a few days in advance. We thank you for working through this speed bump with us.
