FAQ Post:
When a client shows interest in personal training, a free consultation is offered during which some basic information is gathered.
-What are your overall goals?
-Basic Health History: Are you suffering from any health related ailment that must be considered in the administration of an exercise program? This information allows for adjustments in development of individualized program development for clients.
-Exercise History: Have you been on a formal exercise program in the past, and what were the results?
-Schedule. Looking at your personal and/or work schedule, how many days per week would you like to work up to doing consistently to achieve your goals? This can be following a program designed specifically for you to work individually, or with direct one-on-one training after your program is designed.
-Cost: Each session is approximately one hour in duration. Session hours are generally $35 to $40 per hour.This may vary based on number of sessions, (packages available), instruction type, and location ($40 per session where mileage applies).
Recommendations are given after gathering information during the course of your free consultation.
