I love music. Like - a lot. I have music playing when I do pretty much anything and I love when people appreciate this playlist when they’re getting a massage.

This is a collection of … not to be dramatic … but … pieces of my soul.

It’s songs I’ve danced my babies to sleep to, songs that I sing while washing dishes and songs that get me into a space where I can be in your muscles and see what needs to be done to sort them out.

It’s ever-evolving and kind of has a life of its own.

I don’t always play this one. I know sometimes people just want dreamy forest music or pianos or classical or whatever people think spa music is. And that’s cool. I can get down with that. And some of those things are on here.

Just know, if I’ve played this for you, you’ve gotten work that’s come from my heart and soul. Not that I don’t give everyone the best massage I can regardless - because I do.

Music means a lot to me, and being able to share this part of myself with the people who trust me to help them feel better really adds to the aesthetic and authenticity of the product I deliver.

Did you know my father was the one to convince me to actually go to massage school and get licensed, leading to present-day me having a thriving massage practice, helping a whole lotta people and loving what I do every day?

Yep. Its true. Wouldn’t be where I am today without my dad ❤️

He even taught me to play guitar - and has introduced all my babies to it as well just like this. Adorable, right?

You guys! I am so excited! 🤗

Today I met with Dr. Jennifer Norbits - a chiropractor with over 24 years of experience who just so happens to have moved in to my office space recently. 🍀

Turns out we have a lot in common in our philosophies on health and wellness! Also both of us have very strong intuition when it comes to hearing what a patient’s body is saying it needs. ✨

I’m so happy to have another amazing chiropractor that I can refer patients to - especially one that’s literally a few doors down from me 😁

Why I started offering monthly memberships…

I have a few clients I have been seeing regularly (some once a week, some once a month) and the difference in their muscle tissue is pretty amazing.

One client, I’ve been seeing roughly once a week for over a year. When we started, his back was near-impenetrable but now I can get it loosened up in the first half hour of our session and we’ve moved on to the next layers of the “onion” to create lasting change in.

I’ve even noticed that he gets sick less often.

I have another client who’s been with me for almost 3 years who swears by her weekly massages. She says she can feel the flows in her body being re-established and the healing that comes with it.

You don’t need to do weekly massages if that isn’t real for you, but for most people once a month or every couple of months can still make a big difference.
