818 days, 818 days more than I thought I was going to be alive but my gun had other ideas and jammed (luckily). 818 days without a drink. 818 more reasons I am grateful that I failed, the only time I'm proud to have failed in my life.

If you need help reach out, there's no shame... this is too hard to do on your own. I would rather spend hours talking and getting to know you and helping you through your problems than never have the opportunity because you took your own life.

End the taboo and stigma with mental health, do what you need to!
