💚 Upcoming Postpartum Support Group 💚
If you are about to give birth or are within the first year postpartum, PRCT’s upcoming In Person Postpartum Support Group is for you.

Where: JPB Counseling - Kernersville, NC

When: Thursday evenings starting January 29th 2026

Why: To get support postpartum and learn ways to cope with this transition alongside other postpartum moms.

This group is free and registration is required. These spots fill up quickly, so register today!

Wrap, Snap, & Give Back 2025 was a hit! BIG thank you to for hosting this wonderful event. Pictures with Santa were taken, gifts were wrapped, and postpartum mental health was supported! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported this holiday event & Triad families. 💚🎅🏽❤️🎄

Thank you to for having PRCT as your November “Our Cup Runneth Over” charity! What a great night! We got to chat about postpartum mental health while enjoying great food and drinks. We got to talk about local resources, share how is supporting postpartum mental health needs in our community, and raise hundreds of dollars to continue support moms & families in the Triad. 💚

When: Wednesday afternoons starting January 7th 2026

Why: To get support postpartum and learn ways to cope with this transition alongside other postpartum moms.

We can’t wait to see you at Brouwerij Dubois for their November “Our Cup Runneth Over” evening, Tuesday Nov. 18th, from 6-8 pm.

A portion of the proceeds from this event goes directly back to PRCT. Come out and ask questions, learn about what PRCT does, and make a contribution of your own.

The food truck South of Brooklyn will be there serving tacos, nachos, and burrito bowls. Brouwerij Dubois has something for everyone. We would love to have you join us there!

✨ Visit Salem Lake or Greensboro Arboretum 🌿 (stroller-friendly!)
✨ Coffee + play at a local coffee or tea shop ☕🧸
✨ Free storytime at Forsyth & Greensboro Public Libraries 📚
✨ Mom meetups or support groups
✨ Journaling while your kid plays at the park (check out Tanglewood, Keeley Park, or City Lake Park) 📝
